BOIL WATER NOTICE
February 10, 2026
BOIL WATER NOTIFICATION
Due to a disruption in water service on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, that occurred while a water line was being repaired, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has required Armstrong Water Supply Corporation, PWS #0140019, to notify customers to boil their water prior to consumption. Customers affected by the outage live on the West side of the Hwy 95 between Landfill Rd and Sullivan Rd in Sparks.
To ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes, water for drinking, cooking, and for making ice should be boiled and cooled prior to consumption. The water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil and then boiled for two minutes. In lieu of boiling, you may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source.
When it is no longer necessary to boil the water, the water system officials will notify you that the water is safe for consumption. The rescind notice will be issued in the same manner as this Boil Water Notice.
If you have questions regarding this matter, you may contact our office @ 254-657-2429.
Thank you,
Armstrong Water Supply Corp.
